Omnia Insurance Group is a licensed insurance brokerage (producer). We are not an insurance company: coverage is issued by the insurance carriers we represent. We are not the government, not the Health Insurance Marketplace, and not affiliated with or endorsed by HealthCare.gov, any state, or the federal government.
How we get paid
Insurance companies pay us a commission when a client enrolls in a plan through us. Clients are never billed by Omnia, and for Health Insurance Marketplace plans, the premium is the same whether you enroll through us or on your own. We do not rank or recommend plans based on what a carrier pays us.
Licensing
Omnia and its agents are licensed in 48 states and the District of Columbia: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. National Producer Number: NPN to be displayed here. Individual agent license numbers are available on request and stated on the call.
What we offer, and what we do not
We offer Marketplace (ACA) health plans, and auto, hospital gap, dental, vision, and accident coverage. We do not offer every plan available in your area; to see all Marketplace options, visit HealthCare.gov.
Enrollment windows
Marketplace health plans can be purchased during the annual Open Enrollment Period, or within 60 days of a qualifying life event such as losing coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby. Estimates on this site are not eligibility decisions; the Marketplace decides final eligibility and subsidy amounts when you apply.
Calls and recording
Calls with our agents may be recorded for quality and compliance. You will be told at the start of the call, and you may decline recording.
About Nia
Nia is Omnia's service technology and brand character. She is not a person and not a licensed agent. She answers questions, tracks renewals, and schedules your agent. All insurance advice, quotes, and enrollments are handled by licensed humans.
Complaints
If something is not right, call us first and a person will work it out. You may also contact your state Department of Insurance; every state we operate in has a consumer help line.
