Draft for counsel review before launchWho we are
This website is operated by Omnia Insurance Group, a licensed insurance brokerage. We are not an insurance company, and we are not the government or the Health Insurance Marketplace.
What this site is for
The site explains our services and helps you reach a licensed agent. Content on this site is general information, not insurance advice. Plan availability, prices, and subsidies are determined by insurance companies and the Health Insurance Marketplace, not by this website.
The qualifier tool and Nia demo
The "do you qualify" tool gives an estimate based on published federal poverty guidelines. It is not an eligibility decision. Final eligibility is decided by the Health Insurance Marketplace when you apply. The "Ask Nia" feature on this site is a demonstration with pre-written answers; it is not a live system and does not give advice.
Calls, texts, and consent
By requesting a call or callback, you agree that Omnia and its licensed agents may call or text you at the number you provide about insurance products and your coverage. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by telling us or replying STOP.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current, and we may change the site at any time. To the extent the law allows, Omnia is not liable for decisions made from site content alone; talk to a licensed agent before making coverage decisions.
Intellectual property
The Omnia name, the Nia character, and the content of this site belong to Omnia Insurance Group and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
